Cross Plains Kennels is owned and
operated by Dee Dee and Ronnie Cope who have been raising
and training dogs since 1985. We have AKC registered dogs,
Labrador Retrievers and Dachshunds. Their puppies make
excellent companion and working dogs. All of our dogs meet
all AKC breed standards.
There is nothing better than coming
home after a long day at work to your furry friend waiting
at the door. A dog is a perfect addition to any person’s
life and home. They love unconditionally and bring great
joy to anyone’s life. When you’re out of town, it’s hard
to find a reliable place for your pet and often they have
separation anxiety. A pet boarding service is what you
need because the staff are knowledgeable and compassionate
towards animals and will replace that void while you’re
away. Here at Cross Plains Kennels we provide the comfort
and “feel like home” atmosphere for your dog.
Located in Nashville Tennessee, we provide a variety of
care for your dog. From pet boarding to dog training and
grooming, we handle it all. We just want to ensure that
all dogs are current with their vaccinations before we
treat and house them. All dogs are loving and loyal to
their owners, but there still needs to be rules and
obedience. We are experts in dog training and will be glad
to have your dog in one of our sessions and teach them
basic rules to follow. All dogs need a reminder of certain
behaviors that the need to showcase before it comes
routine for them.
In addition to Nashville dog
training, we also have a kennel to house pets for boarding
services. We will feed the dogs; provide them with
exercise and play and of course, plenty of love while
you’re away. We can help you rest easy knowing that your
dog is in a safe place and being taken care of the same
way you would. The last service we provide our clients is
dog grooming. With weather conditions, play and growth, a
dog’s coat can become matted and eventually hurt your dog.
We have a lot of experience in grooming specific breeds
and trimming them so that they remain comfortable no
matter what.
